I AM A SMALL LITIGATION LAW FIRM PROVIDING QUALITY REPRESENTATION TO CLIENTS IN ALL TYPES OF LEGAL MATTERS.
I have practiced law in Alabama since 2001. Over the years, I have litigated and resolved cases for clients. I have had the pleasure of representing individuals from all walks of life. From representing clients in million dollar divorces to representing injured clients in terrible car wrecks to defending indigent individuals charged with crimes. I understand choosing an attorney is difficult. That is why I offer references upon request to any potential client. I believe a great attorney client relationship comes from honesty and mutual respect.
My experiences in the legal system are diverse. Since I started practicing law I have always worked in a litigation firm. This has allowed me to become very familiar with the litigation and local courts. Throughout my career I have represented clients in over 875 cases in various Alabama and Federal Court Systems including Federal Court, Circuit Civil, Circuit Criminal, District Civil, District Criminal, Juvenile and Municipal Courts of Alabama. I am a certified Guardian Ad Litem.
I received my undergraduate education at Virginia Tech, in Blacksburg, VA. I received my Juris Doctorate at Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. During law school I was a member of Cumberland's nationally recognized Negotiation Team. I was the winner of Cumberland's Negotiation Competition. I was also on the Dean's List.
I am a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Shelby County Bar Association. I am a trained mediator registered with the State of Alabama. The link to my mediator registry can be found below.
In addition to my law practice, I am a certified woman-owned business in the State of Alabama. I have been certified by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs Office of Minority Business Enterprise. I am 100% woman owned and operated. I offer legal services, notary services, contract review and negotiation and general consulting.
I actively participate in my community. When I am not working I enjoy mentoring and spending time with my family. I proudly serve as a member of the Board of Directors at a local private school and I serve on the board of the Kevin Turner Foundation.
We love our clients, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.

The following language is required by Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct: “These recoveries and testimonials are not an indication of future results. Every case is different, and regardless of what friends, family, or other individuals may say about what a case is worth, each case must be evaluated on its own facts and circumstances as they apply to the law. The valuation of a case depends on the facts, the injuries, the jurisdiction, the venue, the witnesses, the parties, and the testimony, among other factors. Furthermore, no representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.”
